We collect data you provide via the membership application form: full name, email address, phone number, professional information, and any optional message. We also collect standard server logs for security purposes.
Your data is processed to respond to membership inquiries and process applications (legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps), and to send relevant communications about the Club (legal basis: consent). We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Application data is retained for 24 months. If you become a member, data is retained for the duration of membership plus 5 years. You may request deletion at any time.
